Please keep in a dry place away from children. Strike gently away from the body and do not place spent matches in the box.
Please note, we are unable to ship our matches outside of the UK due to postal restrictions.
Shipping
UK Standard - £6 via FedEx - 3-5 working days
UK Standard HEAVY GOODS - £9 via FexEd - 3-5 working days
International - this will be calculated at checkout dependent on weight and destination.
International customers will be responsible for import VAT, customs duties and handling fees. Please take this into account before placing your order.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@hosthome.co.uk.
Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items.
All items must be returned in showroom condition with original tags.
You will be responsible for the arrangement and cost of return shipping and delivery with the exception of damaged items. We strongly advise using a tracked postage service with insurance.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet Host Home Ltd return requirements.
All products purchased as part of vintage 'drops' or with our bespoke service, are final sale and non returnable.
About us
Host was born out of a search for fun, affordable homeware. After renovating her house, founder Sophie Warburton, was looking for pieces to decorate her new home. The high street felt too 'obvious', while high end shops were out of budget.
By working directly with craftsmen and manufacturers, only offering direct-to-customer, and selling solely online, Host cuts out all the overheads that other retailers often pass on to their consumers.
